This ancient art form teaches you to find the Goddess within. Learn the technique & combinations that will help you tone & shape your abdominal area. Styles covered: Egyptian, Tribal Fusion, Cabaret, Turkish, Bedouin & more.

Mexican Folklorico

Covers the dances of the different states or regions of Mexico. Classes cover technique of body positions, footwork and skirt for the ladies.
